Nicole Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland-College Park and a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Children and Families from Howard University. Nicole is Certified in Trauma Treatment with Children and Adolescents and has received specialized training in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescent Responding to Chronic Stress. Nicole has more than 10 years of experience in the DC Metropolitan area providing clinical services including individual, family and group therapies to children, adolescents, and families.
