Juliette (“Juli”) McWilliams is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Science degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Walden University.
Juli has worked with individuals, families, and groups struggling with addiction, trauma, and mental health diagnoses. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings serving diverse client populations. Juli’s current focus is working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma and abuse. She has received specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and in the ChildFirst Protocol for forensic interviews.
Juli uses a diverse set of techniques to foster healing at the individual and systemic level. She is truly motivated and inspired by every client she spends time with and approaches each person with curiosity and integrity to learn about them and their individual and specific needs.
